So did you all see that cracker of a goal on Saturday in the friendly, Canada vs Equador?  It brought tears to my eyes.

I've been claiming this was going to happen for some time.  Maybe not this soon but for sure at the end of the season.  In fact I as well as many others were surprised Whitecaps decided to Carry Teitur threw to the MLS. We thought for sure there would be a big signing as head coach.

So just wondering does it bother anyone else that all the Whitecaps players have Canadian flags on their sleeves?  Now if they truly are Canadian that I have no problem with it but everyone else?  If I played in the USA I wouldn't wear an american flag.  I'm too proud of being a Canadian that you wouldn't be able to pay me enough to wear an american flag.  I think that the Canadian flag should be small and maybe on the back colllar or something.  I'd like to know how the players feel about th...

We have been in the process of try outs for the last few weeks with three out of four kids. Our daughter first a few weeks ago. My husband has coached her from the beginning.  So any evaluations have come from him, probably hurts her chances some what but considering the choice of coaches we feel its been the best course.  As a mom of course I see both her strengths and weaknesses.     What an amazing day yesterday.  It's so exciting that we have MLS action in Vancouver.  We arrived at the stadium at 1pm and the gates didn't open to the public until 2:30.  There were Whitecaps fans everywhere.  Filling the streets, lined up at the gates, everywhere.  In I went and could see the lineups forming.  We got to witness the anticipation of all the staff, team and Lenarduzzi himself from within.  We stopped and chatted with Lenarduzzi about the day and how the rain was holding ...
